Hi, my name is Chris Rinehart, I am the correspondent of cool and considered the “Mother Penguin” at B-Squared and started working here in 2015. My responsibilities at B2 include greeting people when they come into the B-squared doors. I make sure they are comfortable, and I let their sales rep know their client is here for their appointment. I answer the phone and provide customers with knowledgeable information. I also answer any questions from vendors that need addressed such as artwork issues, stock issues, or invoices that need to be paid. I organize Bob, our delivery driver, schedule so it is ready for the week/ day. Some things about my family are that I am married & have two girls. Elizabeth, 32 and Taylor, 25. They are both the joy of my life. When I am not playing the part of being “Mother Penguin” at work, I spend all my time with my two girls. They both live in Columbus, so I travel there at least once a month, sometimes twice. I also enjoy going to the casino to bet on horse racing and playing the lottery. I am a very lucky lady and going for the long shots, many times has paid off. What I love most about my job is that I enjoy every day being different. We have a fun work environment that is always a good time. I enjoy when we have suppliers come in and show us new products with the possibility of receiving free products. B2 is like family to me, it is always a good time and lots of laughs at the office, events or at company lunches. Some of my favorite products include the Brumate Rocks Tumbler, JBL Xtreme waterproof speaker, American Giant Stadium Blanket, Uni-Ball Uni Gel Pen.
