Hi, my name is Jimmy Filko. Also known as Jimmy “Favors”. I am an Ice Breaker at B-Squared and I joined the team in 2019. I started at B-Squared my senior year of college. I helped in pretty much all areas of the company to see where I best fit in. After I graduated from Kent State University in May 2020, I started my full-time career in sales. I have loved every moment of my journey so far and am glad to say I have made new relationships with my clients and co-workers. My primary responsibility is to keep my clients informed on the newest and most popular promotional items available that best fit their upcoming needs as well as keeping my clients updated on lead times. My job is to not only deliver products to my customers but guide them along the way to recommend the best item for each situation. I strive to show my clients new and fun ideas they have never thought of before, and to not just stick with the same old thing. A little bit about myself is that In August of 2022, I married my wife, Olivia. We currently reside in Copley, Ohio. We do not have any kids or pets but, we love spending time with our 3 nieces Joanna, Maya, and Nora! When I am not taking on my role of being an Ice Breaker, I love spending time outdoors. Whether it is on the golf course, lake, or on a hike I prefer to get outside. Olivia and I also love to travel when we can, and we have visited Colorado, St. Lucia, and Hawaii recently! What I love most about my job is I love helping my customers get new and fun gear for themselves, their teams, and their clients. It is so much fun to see people excited when their items are delivered, or to receive phone calls from clients thanking me for allowing them to “b-cool” now with their new promotional items. I love to make people happy, and delivering great products is a fun and easy way to do this. I love to offer up my favorite items at B2 to my customers, some being the Polar Tumbler, Cozy Plush Blanket, Coleman 36 Can, 42 Hour Marine Soft Sided Cooler, and the Carhartt Midweight Hooded Sweatshirt.
