Hi, my name is Kara Fitzwater. I am the VP of Operations or better known as the Money Maestro. I joined B-Squared in 1999, before B2 was even B2. I am sort of the most important employee here…just kidding. My responsibilities include vendor bill entry, invoicing clients, paying vendor bills, recording client deposits, vendor relations, HR, and managing the day- to-day operations of the office. A little bit about me is that I have a husband, Randy, two kids, Timmy & David, and I am also blessed with a grandchild, Anthony. Our two dogs Gauge & Remington keep us company now that we are empty nesters. When I'm not working, I enjoy camping and hunting. In 2020 I made Ohio’s Big Buck Club! Something I love about my job is the challenge of wearing many hats in the office and working alongside our amazing team.
